Dynamic center focused photo

You can turn a regular photo into a real dynamic looking action shot by using one of the Photoshop filters.

Open a photo you want to make more dynamic.It's cooler if you have some center set object you can focus on, like the guy in the middle on the photo I'm using.

In the menu click Filter, Blur and choose Radial Blur.

In the new settings window, select Zoom as the Blur Method and set the Amount to about 20.

You can also set the center, where you want to have a clear picture in the Blur Center square. Just  click and move the mouse to set you center.

Click OK.
