If the default way of scrolling your mouse in Mac OS X Lion or Mountain Lion bugs you than you can easily change it.

Click
System Preferences
.
2.
In System Preferences click
Mouse.
3.
Deactivate the
Scroll direction: natural option
.
Or activate if you want to scroll the other way around.
Close the window and you are done.
