Tap the Settings icon.
In your case, the Settings icon might be somewhere else on your iPad dekstop and not in the dock like in my case.

Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
Be sure you really want to erase all the data on your iPad, this means all your pictures, videos, apps and all the settings you made are going to get deleted. Your iPad will be reset into factory default settings, as you got it out of the box.

If you are really sure you want to delete all the data and reset the settings, tap Erase.
|
|
|

If you are really, REALLY sure, tap Erase again.
This procedure cannot be undone.
|

|
Wait a few seconds, and after your iPad turns back on, it should be in the exactly same state as it was when you bought it, ready to be set up again.
