Plan your trip with Nokia N9 using Nokia Maps
Nokia claims to have the the best maps of all the mobile phones. Lets see if you can plan a trip and check the point of interests on the way.

Swipe to applications and open Maps.
|
|
| |

|
|
Wait for Nokia N9 to find the GPS signal.
|
|
| |

Then find a place you want to travel and tap it ...
|

... and the location will pop up.
Tap to open it.
|
|
| |
5.
|
|
|
Nokia N9 will show all interesting places (POI) around that place.
Select navigate (check the pic).

|
|
Mini window will show the distance and time to travel.
You can also check information for walking or taking a public transport.
Tap Get directions.

Nokia N9 will show you the way starting at you current position ending it at your planned position.

Tap the list on the right upper corner.
|
|

|
Here you will find the whole trip in text mode with all the useful information.
If you want to start traveling, just tap Navigate and that's it. The best part is, Nokia Maps are completely free and the Maps app comes Nokia N9 already included, out of the box!
