In your Outlook 2010 click Home tab, New Items button and choose Meeting (Ctrl + Shift + Q for a keybord shortcut).

2.

In a new e-mail meeting request window, enter e-mail of a person or persons, you want to send the meeting request to, enter a Subject (what meeting is about) and enter the location where the meetings is going to take place.

3.

Set the date and time, when meeting begins and when it should end.

4.

In the body write the details of the meeting or rather the meeting agenda and click Send button.

That's all, the meeting should be also visible in you calendar and in calendars of persons you sent a meeting request to (if they accept it of course).
