How to rotate a video clip in Adobe Premiere
Let me show you how to rotate the video footage that's playing upside down using Adobe Premiere.

That's a screenshot of the video clip I want to rotate for 180 degrees so it's going to become watchable without breaking my neck or rotating video screens.

In Adobe Premiere import the video clip you want to rotate and drag it to the timeline.

Click Effects Controls tab and click Motion under Video Effects (see picture).
Click the imported clip in you timeline if you don't see any effects in the Effect Controls panel.

Enter 180 degrees into the Rotation field and press Enter.
|
|
| |

And that should be it!
