Always show menus in Windows 7
Windows Explorer does not have menu displayed by default like you were used to in previous versions. To activate and keep it permanently visible follow this tutorial.

Click the Windows
Start
button and enter
folder options
into
Search programs and files
field.
2.
Click
Folder Options
under Control Panel search results.
3.
Click the
View
tab.
4.
Select the
Always show menus
option under Files and Folders and click
OK
.
5.
And your menus are here to stay.
