Open a picture you want to perform the boob job on.
File -> Open

Click Filter and Liquify.
|

Liquify settings window opens.
Klick on Bloat Tool (see picture) or press B as a short cut.

Now set the brush size bigger then a breast ...

Now start clicking. If you hold the mouse button you will let it grow, but don't over do it or it will become blurry and unreal.
Better click gradually on different points of the breast. Experiment, see what it does and when you're finished with one breast, go to another ...

When you're satisfied with the result, click OK.

That's my end result, not too bad for a 1 minute boob job is it? :)
I dont find Gisele Bündchen really needs bigger breasts, it was just an example to show you the functionality of the liquify tool.
