Customize the Quick Access Toolbar in Word

If you often use a certain function in Word, it is recommended to save it in the Quick Access Toolbar for a quicker use.        

Quick access toolbar is situated on the top of the Word window.

A few functions are already saved by default.

If you click on the arrow to open the drop-down menu, you can add some additional pre-selected functions.

I added Print preview function.

You can save any function In the Quick Access Toolbar.

Right-click on any icon from the toolbar and choose Customize Quick Access Toolbar.

In the drop-down menu above you can set the filter to show you specific commands.

I chose All Commands.

In the menu select any function you want to add to the Quick Access Toolbar.

I chose Grow Font 1 Pt.

Click Add button and confrm it with OK.

A new icon will appear in the Quick Access Toolbar.

This will allow you quicker use of the new feature.
