Create a signature for your outgoing mails

You will learn, how to create a custom signature in your Outlook mail program. It's easy and recommended for everyone.

Open Outlook, click on File ...

... and select Options.

New window will appear, where you click on Mail.

After that click on Signatures...

Window with signatures and stationery will appear.

Click on New button,

Type random name for your new signature and click OK.

 
 
7.
 

After that type you signature.

Many people type their full name, telephone number and their function.

Click OK, when finished.

Create a new e-mail message ...

... and you will see your new signature in it.
